Everything is restorable!!! there are old warplanes recovered from the sea which are now in flying condition........so there is no impossible restoration usually the limit will be your patience and the costs involved in the restoration.
The day after I completed my first Isetta restoration I made a 2.500 Kms trip crossing the Andes from Uruguay to Chile!, what a test!!! and without a single problem and I have been driving an Isetta everyday for the past 3 years that gives you excellent knowledge to recognize when a job is well done!
